Where is the website boss??? I am even not able to logon to their site....also looks like a very low quality courier service....can anybody write here the correct web address for this " prestigious" courier company??

its the worst service provider....they dnt know themselves where the parcel n the so called track ur parcel is horrible..it tells u all unrealistic status.they have no updates n yes as mentioned by one of the other aggrieved customers,the numbers are not even updated.n moreover wen u ask dese guys abt the parcel they behave as we r bothering them n asking for some charity...**rew dem..

I HAD GIVEN ABOUT 250 (LOCAL) TIME BOUND LETTERS TO COURIER ON 22ND APRIL 2008 AND TILL DATE NEITHER THE COURIERS ARE DELIVERED NOR THE CONSIGNMENT SLIPS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO OUR OFFICE. THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE TRACKON REGARDING THESE LAPSES.

THIS COMPANY HAS THIS TYPE OF REPUTATION SINCE ITS STARTIN... ONCE I SENT A PARCEL TO THEM IT REACHED THE THE DESIRED DESTINETION VERY LATE AND IN A VERY BAD CONDITION... THEY MUST WORK ON THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE THEY WILL LOSE THEIR MARKET TO THEIR COMPETETORS....

Looking for Extreamly poor service? Go Ahead because TRAKON believe not to satisfied the customer with their service,sothatthey should not come again to give their burdens.
My parcels repetedly not reaching to me & also if i am sending also not dlivering to my customer on time.
When Customet or I asking they simly denying to the docket No. is not booked or not reached, Few readymade answers they have. \"NO SERVICE NO BUSSINESS\"
I WILL MAKE THE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT IF PROBLEM WILL REPORTED AGAIN & ALSO GIVE THE SUPPORT TO NOT BOOKED BY TRACKON DUE TO THEIR PUNISHABLE SERVICE-MISRABLE FAILURE OF YOUR POOR SERVICES ALL THE TIMES.

I have booked my parcel on dated 12.11.07 FOR Trichur, Kerala. My AWB No. 80056116. but I confirm that this parcel is not delivery yet. Please suggest me what can i do. because this very important one.

Please do not use this courier anywhere in the country. I am based in Mumbai and these people not only steal what you send they even open your packaging and check everything. Even if it is wrapped properly they invade your privacy. Imagine how much personal data they can steal. Just show them the \'finger\' and tell them to go to hell.

I am also having a tough time with them. The contact numbers at their site is not updated. None of the numbers even exist now. No updates at all for a courier sent for 5 days now.... If you are looking for a courier service to reach destination in few years this might be a good choice !$#!%$#^%$%^^#!@%$##&%(&)(*_)(_)

Poor service. Samples are not reaching in time

It took Trackon Couriers nine days to deliver a letter from Palghat in Kerala to Chennai, a distance of 500 km. I booked a letter containing a cheque on Nov.3 (Saturday) in Palghat. Usually, most couriers would have delivered it on Monday in Chennai. Not our wonderful fellows at Trackon. Instead, they sent it to their regional office in Kochi, 250 km further away from Chennai!!!!!! It reached Chennai on Wednedsay 7th. No delivery on the same day either to my bank. On Saturday, after a dozen phone calls, a guy says they couldn\'t find the bank; they don\'t deliver in the area in Tambaram (population 4-5 lakhs, busy area). And they call themselves a courier company. I have sent a note by registered post, acknowledgement due, seeking compensation. If it is not solved to my satisafaction, I plan to go to the Consumer Court.

Ur packet will be delivered, certainly! it may take 60 years and untill u die, but they will surely deliver it (if the company itself dont die ;))

Worst service and worst person to deal with.Their people dont have manners to talk.They are thinking as they are the best,and things cant move without them.I would just like to say that first improve your skill to talk to the customer.

the delivery staff in delhi is very dis-courteous and lack professionalism. they tell blatant lies to their seniors about deliveries and there is pilferage in the parcels even after declaring the goods to the collection centre. from chandigarh at times it has taken 5 days for the letters to be delivered. two days are very normal .... you need to improve you staff training specially when now a days there are many other more efficient courier services available. how ever the chandigarh branch headed by mr. narang has very co-operative and efficient and courteous staff and deal with the customers at very personal level and their service is excellent.
